Suzanne Lauritzen is a tax lawyer (LL.M.), STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and accredited mediator (CEDR) with over 25 years of senior experience advising entrepreneurs, owners, internationally mobile families, and family offices.

She began her career in Sweden in corporate tax planning, M&A, and tax disputes, then moved into international advisory roles in Switzerland.

Over 15 years in multi-family office and trustee environments — including Partner and Managing Director positions — she supported families across ownership and trust structures, cross-border tax, relocation, continuity planning, and governance, often serving as trustee or director of client entities.

That cross-generational work shaped her conviction that families benefit most from an integrated, systematic approach that combines technical rigour with close attention to human dynamics.

Suzanne later developed and led Family Governance and Family Office services as Tax Partner within a Big4 firm.

Benefitting from these rich experiences, she today provides her services in a more holistic and flexible way through Navigi.

Suzanne is based in Switzerland and works in English, French, and Swedish.
