This role can be provided as a long-term flexible mandate, or in a specific role such as Board member (company, foundation), Protector or other Representative.

When facing important challenges such as an owner/ leadership transition, a succession, a liquidity event, or the launch of a new strategy or venture, we can help you navigate these from one harbour to the next.

3. Your independent “sounding board”

For specific questions or issues, we can provide a fully independent perspective — to analyze the situation, assess the reality, provide guidance and coordinate the actions or measures needed.
